Your questions, answered clearly
What do I need before my first run?
Three things: a Google Sheet with the required columns, connected social destinations in Studio, and at least one linked Slack or Telegram channel for run summaries.
Do I need to move my calendar into another tool?
No. Your Google Sheet stays the source of truth. Studio reads approved rows, publishes, and writes status back to the same rows.
What if something fails?
Failures are shown per row in your sheet and summarized in Slack/Telegram with the reason and next action. Successful rows in the same run still complete.
Will it double-post if I rerun?
No. Retries are idempotent. Rows that already have a completed post should not be duplicated on rerun.
Can I test safely before going live?
Yes. Use test mode (`/testrun`) to validate row handling and summaries without outbound publishing.
What happens if I exceed 50GB egress?
Add a Media Pack (+50GB for +$10/mo). Egress limits apply to media transfer only, not seats, sheets, or post count.
How does Brand Pack work?
Studio includes one base brand setup. Brand Pack is +$5/mo per brand and gives each added brand capacity for up to 8 connected social accounts.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from billing settings at any time. Service remains active through the current billing period, then ends unless reactivated.
Do you sell our data?
No. We do not sell personal data. Data is processed only to run scheduling, writeback, billing, security, and support operations.
How fast is support response?
General support targets first response within 1 business day. Billing/access issues and urgent production issues are prioritised.
