Terms of service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Sheet Scheduler. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service scope and eligibility

Sheet Scheduler is a business workflow product that helps schedule posts from Google Sheets, write status back, and send run summaries. You must be authorised to connect and operate the accounts, sheets, and social destinations you use with the service.

3. Billing, plans, and add-ons

Billing is subscription-based and may include plan limits and selected add-ons. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage billing and payment methods in the billing portal.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in writing, fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.

4. Usage limits and third-party services

Features and limits may vary by plan, including media egress allowances and add-ons. The service depends on third-party providers (for example Stripe, Google, GetLate, Slack, and Telegram). Availability or policy changes on those services may affect functionality.

5. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these Terms, abuse, fraud, security risk, or non-payment. You may stop using the service at any time and may cancel your subscription according to your billing cycle settings.

6. Intellectual property

You retain rights to your content and data. We retain rights to the software, infrastructure, and service materials. You grant us the limited rights required to process your data for service delivery and support.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes are effective when posted with an updated effective date.
