Privacy policy
Effective date: February 17, 2026
This policy explains what personal and workspace data Sheet Scheduler processes to run scheduling, status writeback, and run summaries.
We do not sell personal data. We process data only to operate the service, keep it secure, and support billing and support operations.
Data we collect
- Account and profile data: name, email, role, and optional avatar/profile metadata.
- Workspace data: brand/workspace identifiers, sheet IDs/tabs, timezone, and integration link configuration.
- Scheduling data: captions, media references, row status, run history, and summary metadata.
- Integration data: OAuth tokens and provider identifiers required for Google, Slack, Telegram, and GetLate connections.
- Billing data: subscription and invoice metadata from Stripe (we do not store full card numbers).
- Operational logs: webhook events, API events, and security/abuse prevention signals.
How we use data
- Deliver scheduling, writeback, and run summary functionality.
- Authenticate users, enforce account/role access, and protect tenant isolation.
- Process billing, subscriptions, and plan/add-on entitlements.
- Detect fraud, abuse, outages, and reliability/security incidents.
- Provide support and product communications related to your account.
Sharing and processors
We share data only with service providers required to operate the product and only to the extent necessary:
- Stripe for billing and subscription management.
- Google APIs/Google Cloud for Sheets and related infrastructure operations.
- GetLate for media upload and post scheduling execution.
- Slack/Telegram APIs when you link those destinations.
- Resend/SMTP providers for transactional email delivery.
We may also disclose data when required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the service and users.
Retention and deletion
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security/audit integrity. You can request account or data deletion via support.
Security
We apply technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls, signed webhook verification, and transport-level encryption. No system is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for protecting your account credentials.
Your rights and choices
- Access, correct, or update account information.
- Request deletion of account data, subject to legal/operational requirements.
- Manage billing and subscription settings in Studio.
- Unlink integrations you no longer want connected.
